- 100 gbutter
- pinchsalt
- 100 gcoconut sugar
- 1egg
- 80 gwalnuts
- 150 gdark chocolate

- 100 gtapioca starch
- 1 tspbaking powder
- 100 gcorn flour
Instructions
Cream 100g butter with a pinch of salt and 100g coconut sugar.
Beat in 1 egg, then stir in 80g chopped walnuts and 150g chopped dark chocolate.
Fold in 100g tapioca starch, 1 teaspoon baking powder and 100g corn flour until a dough forms.
Oil your hands and shape into cookies on a baking tray.
Bake at 180-200°C for 12-; cool before serving.
