  • 100 gbutter
  • pinchsalt
  • 100 gcoconut sugar
  • 1egg
  • 80 gwalnuts
  • 150 gdark chocolate

  • 100 gtapioca starch
  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • 100 gcorn flour

Instructions

  1. Cream 100g butter with a pinch of salt and 100g coconut sugar.

  2. Beat in 1 egg, then stir in 80g chopped walnuts and 150g chopped dark chocolate.

  3. Fold in 100g tapioca starch, 1 teaspoon baking powder and 100g corn flour until a dough forms.

  4. Oil your hands and shape into cookies on a baking tray.

  5. Bake at 180-200°C for 12-; cool before serving.
