- 2bananas
- 4 tbspcoconut flour
- 1 tbsperythritol
- 160 gpumpkin seeds

Instructions
Mash 2 bananas and mix with 4 tablespoons coconut flour and 1 tablespoon erythritol.
Toast 160g pumpkin seeds in a dry pan and fold into the dough.
Shape into cookies and arrange on parchment paper.
Bake at 170°C for ; cool before serving.
