Ingredients

Ingredients updated to metric measurements
  • 2bananas
  • 4 tbspcoconut flour
  • 1 tbsperythritol
  • 160 gpumpkin seeds

Instructions

  1. Mash 2 bananas and mix with 4 tablespoons coconut flour and 1 tablespoon erythritol.

  2. Toast 160g pumpkin seeds in a dry pan and fold into the dough.

  3. Shape into cookies and arrange on parchment paper.

  4. Bake at 170°C for ; cool before serving.
