  • 3 tbspsugar-free syrup
  • 125 gbutter
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Combine 250g almond flour with 3 tablespoons sugar-free syrup, 125g butter, salt and orange zest.

  2. Carefully cut out cookies from the fragile dough and place on a lined tray.

  3. Bake at 180°C for .

  4. Meanwhile chop 1 orange, 1/2 lemon and a little ginger; blend with 100g honey until smooth.

  5. Chill the filling and sandwich the cooled cookies with it before serving.
