- 3 tbspsugar-free syrup
- 125 gbutter

Instructions
Combine 250g almond flour with 3 tablespoons sugar-free syrup, 125g butter, salt and orange zest.
Carefully cut out cookies from the fragile dough and place on a lined tray.
Bake at 180°C for .
Meanwhile chop 1 orange, 1/2 lemon and a little ginger; blend with 100g honey until smooth.
Chill the filling and sandwich the cooled cookies with it before serving.
