    washed and dried

  • 80 gsugar
  • 1egg
  • ½ tspbaking powder
  • 180 gflour
  • 80 gbutter
  • food coloring

Instructions

  1. Blend fresh mint with sugar and an egg until smooth.

  2. Stir in baking powder and flour, then work in the butter.

  3. Tint with food coloring if desired; wet your hands with water to shape the dough.

  4. Form small cookies and place on a lined baking sheet.

  5. Bake at 170-180 °C for 50- until set.
