Healthy cookies made with toasted oats, walnuts, dates, raisins and flaxseed egg replacer. A vegan-friendly option with butter or vegetable oil.

Ingredients
- 2 tbspflaxseed
ground, soaked in boiling water
- 50 mlboiling water
for flaxseed
- 90 gwalnuts
- 200 gdates
pitted
- 100 graisins
- 150 grolled oats
toasted
- 12 gbaking powder
- 65 gbutter
or 50 ml vegetable oil
Instructions
Grind flaxseed in a mixer and soak in 50 ml boiling water until gel-like.
Pit the dates.
Blend walnuts, dates, raisins and the flaxseed gel in a mixer.
Add toasted rolled oats, baking powder and butter (or vegetable oil); mix thoroughly.
Shape cookies and place on a baking tray.
