- 200 gpumpkin
cooked
- 125 mlvegetable oil
- 80 gerythritol
- 100 goats
- pinchsalt
- 160 ggluten-free flour
- 1½ tspbaking powder
- 1 tbsphoney
Instructions
Blend 200g cooked pumpkin with 125ml vegetable oil and 80g erythritol until smooth.
Stir in 100g oats, a pinch of salt, 160g gluten-free flour and 1.5 teaspoons baking powder.
Mix in 1 tablespoon honey and shape into round cookies.
Bake at 180-190°C for 15- until golden; cool before serving.
