- 200 goats
- 120 graisins
blended with orange juice
- pinchsalt
- 2oranges
zest only
- 140 mlorange juice
- 30 mlvegetable oil
- 1 tsperythritol
sugar substitute
- 2 tbspsunflower seeds
Instructions
Blend 120g raisins with a little orange juice to form a paste.
Mix 200g oats with a pinch of salt, the zest of 2 oranges, 140ml orange juice, 30ml oil and 1 teaspoon erythritol.
Stir in the raisin paste and 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds.
Spoon onto a parchment-lined tray and shape into round cookies.
Bake at 180°C for 25-, then cool on the tray.
