- 100 gerythritol
- 2 tbspcocoa
- 2egg whites
- pinchsalt
Instructions
Blend 150g walnuts with 100g erythritol and 2 tablespoons cocoa until finely ground.
Beat 2 egg whites with a pinch of salt to stiff peaks.
Gently fold the walnut mixture into the whipped whites.
Spoon mounds onto a baking tray; bake at 180-190°C for 10-.
Cool fully on the tray until firm.
