Ingredients

  • 150 gwalnuts
  • 100 gerythritol
  • 2 tbspcocoa
  • 2egg whites
  • pinchsalt

Instructions

  1. Blend 150g walnuts with 100g erythritol and 2 tablespoons cocoa until finely ground.

  2. Beat 2 egg whites with a pinch of salt to stiff peaks.

  3. Gently fold the walnut mixture into the whipped whites.

  4. Spoon mounds onto a baking tray; bake at 180-190°C for 10-.

  5. Cool fully on the tray until firm.
