- 1egg
- pinchsalt
- 80 gcoconut sugar
- 160 gbutter
- 70 galmond flour
- 30 gcoconut flakes
- 200 goats
- 1 tspbaking powder
Instructions
Whisk 1 egg with a pinch of salt, 80g coconut sugar and 160g butter.
Stir in 70g almond flour, 30g coconut flakes and 1 teaspoon baking powder.
Blend 200g oats into a fine meal and fold into the dough.
Shape into cookies and bake at 270°C for 5- until golden; cool fully.
