- 0.2 tbspchia seeds
- 0.6 tbspwater
- 1apple
- 28 galmond flour
- 0.2 tspbaking powder
Instructions
Soak 5 dates in hot water until soft; mix 1 tablespoon chia with 3 tablespoons water and rest .
Peel and pit the dates and blend with 1 apple until smooth.
Combine with the chia gel, 140g almond flour and 1 teaspoon baking powder.
Shape into cookies on a tray and bake at 180-200°C for 15-.
