  • 5dates
  • 1 tbspchia seeds
  • 3 tbspwater
  • 1apple
  • 140 galmond flour
  • 1 tspbaking powder

Instructions

  1. Soak 5 dates in hot water until soft; mix 1 tablespoon chia with 3 tablespoons water and rest .

  2. Peel and pit the dates and blend with 1 apple until smooth.

  3. Combine with the chia gel, 140g almond flour and 1 teaspoon baking powder.

  4. Shape into cookies on a tray and bake at 180-200°C for 15-.
