Ingredients

- 1½ tbspcocoa
- 120 mlwater
- 2eggs
- 2 tbspgreen buckwheat flour
- 60 goats
- 2 tbsperythritol
- 65 gcashews
Instructions
Whisk 1.5 tablespoons cocoa with 120ml water, then beat in 2 eggs.
Stir in 2 tablespoons green buckwheat flour, 60g oats and 1-2 tablespoons erythritol.
Fold in 65g cashew nuts and spoon portions onto a baking tray.
Bake at 160°C for until firm.
