- 100 gbuckwheat flour
1 cup
- 1 tbspflaxseed flour
- salt
- pinchblack pepper
- 1 tbsporegano
- 5 tbspvegetable oil
- 30 tbspcold water
added gradually
- sesame seeds
white and black, for topping
- sunflower seeds
toasted, for topping
Instructions
Combine buckwheat flour, flaxseed flour, salt, black pepper, oregano and oil.
Add cold water gradually until a sticky dough forms.
Roll the dough thinly and sprinkle with sesame and sunflower seeds; press in.
Cut into crackers and place on a lined tray.
Bake at 160 °C for 35-, then with the oven door ajar to crisp up.
