- 50 galmond flour
- 50 grice flour
- ½ tspbaking powder
- 1 tbspcocoa
- 1 tbspvegetable oil
- 2 tbspwater
- 70 ghazelnuts
Instructions
Mash 1 banana in a bowl.
Combine 50g almond flour, 50g rice flour, 1/2 teaspoon baking powder and 1 tablespoon cocoa.
Add the banana, 1 tablespoon vegetable oil and 2 tablespoons water; mix into a dough.
Fold in 70g hazelnuts, shape into cookies, and bake at 180-200°C for 15-.
