Ingredients

  • 1banana
  • 50 galmond flour
  • 50 grice flour
  • ½ tspbaking powder
  • 1 tbspcocoa
  • 1 tbspvegetable oil
  • 2 tbspwater
  • 70 ghazelnuts

Instructions

  1. Mash 1 banana in a bowl.

  2. Combine 50g almond flour, 50g rice flour, 1/2 teaspoon baking powder and 1 tablespoon cocoa.

  3. Add the banana, 1 tablespoon vegetable oil and 2 tablespoons water; mix into a dough.

  4. Fold in 70g hazelnuts, shape into cookies, and bake at 180-200°C for 15-.
