- broccoli
1 head
- 25 gcheddar cheese
- 1eggs
- ½ tspgarlic powder
- pinchsalt
- 25 goats
- 7½ mlvegetable oil
Instructions
Simmer a head of broccoli in water for until tender; cool.
Combine the broccoli with 100g cheddar, 2 eggs, 2 teaspoons garlic powder, salt and 100g oats; add 30ml vegetable oil.
Transfer to a baking dish, brush the top with oil, and bake at 180-200°C for 20-.
Serve with a sour cream-dill sauce on the side.
