  • 95 goats

    1 cup

  • 95 gcoconut flakes

    1 cup

  • 120 gerythritol

    3/4 cup, or sugar

  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • 1 tbsphoney
  • 120 gbutter

    melted

  • salt

    a pinch

  • 120 goat flour

    1 cup

Instructions

  1. Mix 95g oats with 95g coconut flakes, 120g erythritol and 1 teaspoon baking powder.

  2. Stir in 1 tablespoon honey and 120g melted butter until evenly moistened.

  3. Season with a pinch of salt and fold in 120g oat flour to firm the dough.

  4. Shape into cookies on a lined tray.

  5. Bake at 180°C for until golden, then cool.
