- 95 goats
1 cup
- 95 gcoconut flakes
1 cup
- 120 gerythritol
3/4 cup, or sugar
- 1 tspbaking powder
- 1 tbsphoney
- 120 gbutter
melted
- salt
a pinch
- 120 goat flour
1 cup
Instructions
Mix 95g oats with 95g coconut flakes, 120g erythritol and 1 teaspoon baking powder.
Stir in 1 tablespoon honey and 120g melted butter until evenly moistened.
Season with a pinch of salt and fold in 120g oat flour to firm the dough.
Shape into cookies on a lined tray.
Bake at 180°C for until golden, then cool.
