Ingredients

  • 100 galmond flour
  • salt

    to taste

  • 10 gbaking powder
  • 1 tspdried garlic
  • ½ tspsmoked paprika
  • 2 tbspsesame seeds
  • 2 tbspsunflower seeds
  • 50 gParmesan

    grated

  • 120 gyogurt

    plain, unsweetened

  • 30 mlolive oil

Instructions

  1. Whisk 100g almond flour, salt, 10g baking powder, 1 teaspoon dried garlic, 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika, 2 tablespoons sesame and 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds.

  2. Stir in 50g grated Parmesan, 120g plain yogurt and 30ml olive oil until smooth.

  3. Transfer to a piping bag and pipe small crackers onto a greased baking sheet.

  4. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 12- until golden and crisp.
