  • 200 galmond flour
  • ½ tspcinnamon
  • ¼ tspnutmeg
  • 3 tbspvegetable oil
  • 4½ tbspagave syrup
  • 100 gdark raisins

    pre-soaked 15 minutes in boiling water

Instructions

  1. Mix 200g almond flour with 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon and 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg.

  2. Stir in 3 tablespoons oil and 4-5 tablespoons agave syrup until a dough forms, then roll between parchment sheets.

  3. Pre-soak 100g dark raisins, drain, and blend with a handful of walnuts to a thick paste.

  4. Spread the raisin-walnut paste over half of the rolled dough, then fold the other half on top.

  5. Bake at 180°C for 15-, then cool before slicing.
