- 150 gcoconut flour
- 4eggs
- 30 mlvegetable oil
- date syrup
for brushing
Instructions
Mix 150g coconut flour with 4 eggs.
Stir in 30ml vegetable oil until a uniform dough forms.
Roll out to a 4-5mm thickness on parchment.
Brush with date syrup and cut into wafers.
Bake at 160-170°C for until set.
