  • 150 gcoconut flour
  • 4eggs
  • 30 mlvegetable oil
  • date syrup

Instructions

  1. Mix 150g coconut flour with 4 eggs.

  2. Stir in 30ml vegetable oil until a uniform dough forms.

  3. Roll out to a 4-5mm thickness on parchment.

  4. Brush with date syrup and cut into wafers.

  5. Bake at 160-170°C for until set.
