Ingredients

  • 100 mlsyrup

    date, agave, maple or honey (about 125g)

  • 125 gcoconut sugar
  • 1egg white

    from 1 egg

  • 100 galmond flour
  • 100 gcoconut flour

Instructions

  1. Whip the white of 1 egg with 125g coconut sugar and 100ml date syrup until frothy.

  2. Simmer the mixture for 1- on low heat, stirring constantly.

  3. Stir in 100g almond flour and 100g coconut flour and cook 1- more until thickened.

  4. Spoon the warm mixture into a mould and smooth.

  5. Chill in the fridge until fully set, then cut or scoop into macaroons.
