- 100 graisins
- 200 ghazelnuts
- 3 tbsppsyllium husk
- 150 mlwater
- 1 tbspdate syrup
Instructions
Blend 200g hazelnuts in a mixer until coarsely ground.
Stir 3 tablespoons psyllium with 150ml water and let thicken for a few minutes.
Combine the ground hazelnuts with 100g raisins, the psyllium gel and 1 tablespoon date syrup.
Shape into cookies and place on a lined tray.
Bake at 180°C for .
