Ingredients

Ingredients updated to metric measurements
  • 100 graisins
  • 200 ghazelnuts
  • 3 tbsppsyllium husk
  • 150 mlwater
  • 1 tbspdate syrup

Instructions

  1. Blend 200g hazelnuts in a mixer until coarsely ground.

  2. Stir 3 tablespoons psyllium with 150ml water and let thicken for a few minutes.

  3. Combine the ground hazelnuts with 100g raisins, the psyllium gel and 1 tablespoon date syrup.

  4. Shape into cookies and place on a lined tray.

  5. Bake at 180°C for .
