Ingredients

- ¼ tbspchia seeds
- ¾ tbspwater
- 62½ gpeanut butter
- 37½ gcoconut sugar
Instructions
Soak 1 tablespoon chia seeds in 3 tablespoons water for 5- until gelled.
Mix the chia with 250g peanut butter and 150g coconut sugar until a dough forms.
Shape into cookies on a lined tray.
Bake at 170°C for ; cool completely before serving.
