  • ⅜ tbspwater
  • 31¼ gpeanut butter
  • 18¾ gcoconut sugar

Instructions

  1. Soak 1 tablespoon chia seeds in 3 tablespoons water for 5- until gelled.

  2. Mix the chia with 250g peanut butter and 150g coconut sugar until a dough forms.

  3. Shape into cookies on a lined tray.

  4. Bake at 170°C for ; cool completely before serving.
