Ingredients

    2 peeled bananas

  • 2 pieceegg whites

    yolks not used

  • salt

    a little

  • 120 gcoconut flakes
  • 100 gdark chocolate

Instructions

  1. Blend bananas in a mixer.

  2. Separate eggs; use only the whites.

  3. Add a pinch of salt to the whites and whip with a mixer.

  4. Combine banana, whipped whites and coconut flakes.

  5. Shape cookies on silicone paper.

  6. Bake at 180 degrees C for .

  7. Melt dark chocolate in the microwave on defrost.

  8. Dip cookies in chocolate, refrigerate to set and remove excess.
