  • 3egg whites
  • pinchsalt
  • 100 gpowdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Grind almonds in a blender to a fine meal.

  2. Whip egg whites with a pinch of salt; gradually add powdered sugar and whip to glossy peaks.

  3. Fold in the almond meal.

  4. Shape on a lined tray.

  5. Bake at 150 °C for 20-. Cool before lifting from the paper.
