- 70 gcorn flour
- 70 gchickpea flour
- 70 grice flour
- 1 tspbaking powder
- 220 gbanana

- 5 tbspdate syrup
- 1 tbspvegetable oil
- 50 mloat milk
- 1 tbspcocoa powder

Instructions
Mix 70g each of corn, chickpea and rice flour with 1 teaspoon baking powder.
Blend 220g banana smooth and combine with 5 tablespoons date syrup, 1 tablespoon oil and 50ml oat milk.
Fold the flour mix into the wet mixture, then divide the dough into 3 equal parts.
Stir 1 tablespoon cocoa into the first, 30g walnuts into the second, and 30g coconut flakes into the third.
Shape each into cookies and bake at 180°C for .
