Ingredients

  • 200 gred lentils

    soaked several hours

  • 1 tbspchia seeds
  • 3 tbspwater

    for chia

  • salt

    to taste

  • dried garlic
  • 240 mlwater

    for blending

  • 1cucumber
  • 1tomato
  • green onions
  • 2 tbspcream cheese
  • lettuce leaves

Instructions

  1. Soak 200g red lentils for several hours, drain and rinse; soak 1 tablespoon chia in 3 tablespoons water .

  2. Blend lentils and chia with 240ml water, salt and dried garlic until smooth.

  3. Cook pancake-sized wraps on an oiled pan until golden on both sides.

  4. Mix cucumber, tomato, green onions and 2 tablespoons cream cheese; season and roll into the wraps with lettuce.
