- 200 gred lentils
soaked several hours
- 1 tbspchia seeds
- 3 tbspwater
for chia
- salt
to taste
- dried garlic
- 240 mlwater
for blending
- 1cucumber
- 1tomato
- green onions
- 2 tbspcream cheese
- lettuce leaves
Instructions
Soak 200g red lentils for several hours, drain and rinse; soak 1 tablespoon chia in 3 tablespoons water .
Blend lentils and chia with 240ml water, salt and dried garlic until smooth.
Cook pancake-sized wraps on an oiled pan until golden on both sides.
Mix cucumber, tomato, green onions and 2 tablespoons cream cheese; season and roll into the wraps with lettuce.
