    whites separated

  • pinchsalt
  • 2bananas

    200 g

  • 50 gwhite chocolate

    melted

  • 1 tspolive oil
  • coconut flakes

    for topping

Instructions

  1. Separate egg whites and whip with a pinch of salt until firm.

  2. Mash bananas briefly and fold into the whipped whites.

  3. Grease the baking form with butter and spoon in the mixture.

  4. Bake at 180 °C for 30-.

  5. Drizzle with melted white chocolate mixed with oil and top with coconut flakes.
