- coconut flakes

Instructions
Separate egg whites and whip with a pinch of salt until firm.
Mash bananas briefly and fold into the whipped whites.
Grease the baking form with butter and spoon in the mixture.
Bake at 180 °C for 30-.
Drizzle with melted white chocolate mixed with oil and top with coconut flakes.
