  • 60 gchickpea flour

  • 125 gorange puree

    cookie 2, from 1 boiled orange

  • ½ tspvanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Cookie 1: mix 200g oats, 100g coconut sugar, 40g cocoa, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla and a pinch of salt.

  2. Bake 2 apples and blend to yield 125g applesauce, then stir with 80g olive oil and combine wet and dry.

  3. Spoon cookies on a lined tray and bake at 180°C for 10-.

  4. Cookie 2: mix 60g each of chickpea, corn and rice flour with 40g cocoa, 100g coconut sugar, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla and a pinch of salt.

  5. Boil 1 orange, blend to yield 125g orange puree; combine with 80g olive oil, add the dry mix, and bake at 180°C for 10-.
