Quite salty with the parmesan. Will reduce the cheese next time.

My husband is fighting serious illness and I want to give him the most nourishing food I can. These patties are gentle and satisfying. He looks forward to them every day.

I bake mine rather than fry. Come out well. Good recipe.

I am in Denver. Made a double batch and baked the eggs in a water bath. Works beautifully. My husband loves them cold the next day.

From Ludwigshafen, Germany. Soft and tasty.

I got my inflammation markers from high to normal through diet alone. I had very poor health for years, no energy, hormone issues, early menopause symptoms, bone loss. A nutritionist pointed me toward high-protein whole foods and I started cooking this way. These patties are now part of my weekly rotation. My daughter noticed I looked different before I said anything. My doctor reduced two of my prescriptions. Real food, made carefully, changes everything.

I use a cheese grater for my hard-boiled eggs. Easier on the hands with arthritis. My sister uses this method now too.
