Ingredients

  • 200 mlmilk

    warm

  • 1 tspdry yeast
  • 1 tbspsugar-free syrup
  • 340 gwhole grain wheat flour
  • 1egg white
  • 1 gvanillin
  • 5 tbspvegetable oil
  • 20 gbutter

    softened, for filling

  • 4 tbspsugar-free syrup

    for filling

  • cinnamon

    for filling

Instructions

  1. Combine 200ml warm milk, 1 teaspoon dry yeast, 1 tablespoon syrup and 3 tablespoons of the 340g flour; proof 15-.

  2. Stir in 1 egg white, 1g vanillin, 5 tablespoons vegetable oil and the remaining flour; knead 3-.

  3. Rest in an oiled bowl , then more, until the dough has doubled.

  4. Roll out thin, spread 20g softened butter with 3-4 tablespoons syrup and a heavy dusting of cinnamon, roll up and slice into rolls.

  5. Arrange in a tin and bake at 180°C for 30- until deeply golden. Serve warm.
