- 200 mlmilk
warm
- 1 tspdry yeast
- 1 tbspsugar-free syrup
- 340 gwhole grain wheat flour
- 1egg white
- 1 gvanillin
- 5 tbspvegetable oil
- 20 gbutter
softened, for filling
- 4 tbspsugar-free syrup
for filling
- cinnamon
for filling
Instructions
Combine 200ml warm milk, 1 teaspoon dry yeast, 1 tablespoon syrup and 3 tablespoons of the 340g flour; proof 15-.
Stir in 1 egg white, 1g vanillin, 5 tablespoons vegetable oil and the remaining flour; knead 3-.
Rest in an oiled bowl , then more, until the dough has doubled.
Roll out thin, spread 20g softened butter with 3-4 tablespoons syrup and a heavy dusting of cinnamon, roll up and slice into rolls.
Arrange in a tin and bake at 180°C for 30- until deeply golden. Serve warm.
