- 800 gplums
- 80 gcoconut flour
- 300 mlyogurt
- 1egg
- 1 tspbaking powder
- 70 mlcoconut oil
- 20 gcoconut sugar
Instructions
Halve and pit 800g plums and set aside.
Whisk 80g coconut flour with 300ml yogurt, 1 egg and 1 teaspoon baking powder.
Stir in 70ml coconut oil and 20g coconut sugar.
Pour the batter into an oiled dish and arrange plums on top.
Bake at 180°C for until set.
