- 100 gflaxseed
- 200 mlwater
- 1 tspdried garlic
- 1 tsporegano
- pinchsalt
- 50 gpumpkin seeds
- 50 gsesame seeds
- 2 tbspolive oil
- 130 grye flour
Instructions
Soak 100g flaxseed in 200ml water for .
Stir in 1 teaspoon dried garlic, 1 teaspoon oregano, salt, 50g pumpkin seeds, 50g sesame seeds and 2 tablespoons olive oil.
Mix in 130g rye flour until a moldable dough forms.
Spread thin on a greased 31x26cm tray; bake at 160-180°C for 25-.
Flip and bake another ; cool and break into crackers.
