  • 680 mlwater

Instructions

  1. Sift flour and combine with yeast, sugar and salt. Pour in water and knead into a soft dough.

  2. Drizzle with olive oil and rest in a warm place, covered, for .

  3. Fold the dough from all four sides like an envelope; rest another .

  4. Divide in two, shape each half and let rest briefly. Brush with milk and coat with flax or sesame seeds.
