Ingredients

Ingredients updated to metric measurements
  • 200 gcornmeal
  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • 1 tsporegano
  • ½ tsppaprika
  • salt

    to taste

  • 100 mlkefir

    or yogurt

  • 1egg
  • 2 tbspolive oil
  • 1 tspwhite sesame seeds
  • 1 tspblack sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Combine cornmeal, baking powder, oregano, paprika and salt.

  2. Stir in kefir, egg and olive oil to form a dough.

  3. Roll out 2-3 mm thick; sprinkle with sesame and cut into crackers.

  4. Bake at 160 °C for 25- until crisp.
