- 200 gcornmeal
- 1 tspbaking powder
- 1 tsporegano
- ½ tsppaprika
- salt
to taste
- 100 mlkefir
or yogurt
- 1egg
- 2 tbspolive oil
- 1 tspwhite sesame seeds
- 1 tspblack sesame seeds
Instructions
Combine cornmeal, baking powder, oregano, paprika and salt.
Stir in kefir, egg and olive oil to form a dough.
Roll out 2-3 mm thick; sprinkle with sesame and cut into crackers.
Bake at 160 °C for 25- until crisp.
