Ingredients

- 500 gwheat flour
sifted
- 7 gdry yeast
- 1½ tspsalt
- 540 mlwarm water
- 40 mlolive oil
or vegetable oil
- 300 gwheat flour

Instructions
Mix 500g sifted wheat flour with 7g dry yeast and 1.5 teaspoons salt.
Add 540ml warm water and 40ml olive oil and knead by hand or mixer.
Work in another 300g flour and knead 7- until elastic.
Place in an oiled bowl and let rise 1- in a warm spot.
Divide into 2 loaves, shape and proof on a baking tray for .
Brush with water, dust with flour, score the tops and bake at 180°C for .
