Ingredients

  • 400 gwhole wheat flour
  • 300 mlwater
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 5 gyeast
  • 40 ghoney
  • 30 golive oil
  • 25 gmilk powder

Instructions

  1. Combine 400g whole wheat flour with 300ml water and mix well; rest for .

  2. Add 1 teaspoon salt, 5g yeast, 40g honey, 30g olive oil and 25g milk powder; mix until blended.

  3. Knead into a smooth dough, grease the bowl with oil and rest .

  4. Divide into 3 parts and shape into balls; rest another hour.

  5. Place the three balls in a greased baking dish and proof more in a warm spot.

  6. Bake at 170°C for until golden; cool before slicing.
