- 100 grice flour
- 3 tbspboiling water
- 30 gcoconut oil
- 100 gprunes
- 50 gwalnuts
- 2bananas
- 150 gsour cream
- 2 tbsphoney
Instructions
Mix 100g rice flour with 2 tablespoons boiling water and 30g coconut oil; add one more tablespoon water and chill .
Soak 100g prunes in boiling water; toast 50g walnuts in a dry pan.
Press the dough into a greased tart pan and arrange sliced bananas and drained prunes on top.
Whisk 150g sour cream with 2 tablespoons honey and pour over the filling; scatter walnuts.
Bake at 170°C for until set; cool before slicing.
