- 300 gpumpkin
grated
- 150 gapple
grated
- 2eggs
- 200 mlyogurt
- 60 gcoconut sugar
- pinchsalt
- 200 goats
- 1½ tspbaking powder
- vegetable oil
for frying
Instructions
Combine 300g grated pumpkin and 150g grated apple with 2 eggs and 200ml yogurt.
Stir in 60g coconut sugar and a pinch of salt.
Fold in 200g oats and 1.5 teaspoons baking powder until smooth.
Heat a little vegetable oil in a pan and fry portions until golden on both sides.
Serve warm with sour cream.
