Ingredients

- 100 gpeanuts
for the base
- 70 galmond flour
- 90 grice flour
- pinchsalt
- ½ tspbaking powder
- 50 gapplesauce
or banana
- 65 gcoconut oil
- 1 tbspdate syrup
- 260 gdates
soaked in hot water and peeled
- 100 mloat milk
or coconut milk
- 100 gpeanuts
roasted, for the caramel
- 100 gdark chocolate
melted
Instructions
Mix 70g almond flour, 90g rice flour, a pinch of salt and 1/2 teaspoon baking powder.
Stir in 50g applesauce, 65g coconut oil, 1 tablespoon date syrup and 100g peanuts; wrap and chill for .
Press into bar shape and bake at 180°C for 10-.
Soak 260g dates, peel and blend with 100ml oat milk; cook until thick, then stir in 100g roasted peanuts.
Spread the peanut-date caramel on the bars, brush with 100g melted dark chocolate and chill to set.
