- 100 grolled oats
1 glass
- 250 mlkefir
1 glass
- 2eggs
- 2 tbspsugar-free syrup
- 1carrot
grated
- 1apple
grated
- 1 tspbaking powder
- 50 gwalnuts
chopped
Instructions
Soak the oats in kefir for until swollen.
Beat in the eggs and sugar-free syrup, then stir in grated carrot and apple.
Add the baking powder and fold in chopped walnuts until evenly distributed.
Oil a round baking dish and pour in the batter, smoothing the top.
Bake at 180°C for 30- until a skewer comes out clean.
Cool slightly, then slice into wedges.
