Ingredients

  • 100 grolled oats

    1 glass

  • 250 mlkefir

    1 glass

  • 2eggs
  • 2 tbspsugar-free syrup
  • 1carrot

    grated

  • 1apple

    grated

  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • 50 gwalnuts

    chopped

Instructions

  1. Soak the oats in kefir for until swollen.

  2. Beat in the eggs and sugar-free syrup, then stir in grated carrot and apple.

  3. Add the baking powder and fold in chopped walnuts until evenly distributed.

  4. Oil a round baking dish and pour in the batter, smoothing the top.

  5. Bake at 180°C for 30- until a skewer comes out clean.

  6. Cool slightly, then slice into wedges.
