Ingredients

  • 120 goats

    pan-toasted

  • 70 gdried apricots

    chopped

  • 90 gstrawberries

    frozen or fresh

  • dried cranberries

    a handful

  • vegetable oil

    for the tray

Instructions

  1. Toast 120g oats in a dry pan until fragrant.

  2. Chop 70g dried apricots and blend with the toasted oats until crumbly.

  3. Add 90g strawberries and a handful of dried cranberries and blend into a sticky dough.

  4. Spread onto an oiled parchment-lined tray, roll thin, and cut into rectangles.

  5. Bake at 180°C for , cool, and cut the leftovers into more bars.
