- 85 gpumpkin seeds

- 85 gsunflower seeds

- 65 gsesame seeds
pan-toasted
- 20 gflaxseeds
- 70 mldate syrup
- 85 gwhite chocolate
sugar-free
- 1 tbspvegetable oil
Instructions
Pan-toast 85g pumpkin seeds, 85g sunflower seeds and 65g sesame seeds, then pulse lightly in a blender.
Mix with 20g flaxseeds and 70ml date syrup until the mass holds together.
Press into an oiled mould and chill briefly in the fridge to firm up.
Melt 85g sugar-free white chocolate with 1 tablespoon oil and spread over the seed layer.
Return to the fridge until the chocolate sets, then break into brittle pieces.
