soaked in boiling water, pitted and peeled
- 50 gwalnuts
pan-toasted
- 50 gsunflower seeds
pan-toasted
- 2 tbspcocoa powder
Instructions
Soak 12 dates in boiling water, then pit and peel.
Pan-toast 50g walnuts and 50g sunflower seeds, then blend.
Mash the dates and mix with the nut-seed meal and 2 tablespoons cocoa.
Roll flat between parchment sheets to an even slab.
Freeze for 10-, then cut into bite-size pieces.
