No-Bake Sesame Dried Fruit Candies

Ingredients

  • 100 gsesame seeds

    pan-toasted, ground

  • 150 gdates
  • 30 gdried apricots
  • 30 gprunes
  • 50 gsunflower seeds

    pan-toasted, for coating

Instructions

  1. Toast 100g sesame seeds and grind in a blender.

  2. Blend 150g dates, 30g apricots and 30g prunes together into a uniform paste.

  3. Mix the ground sesame with the fruit paste until a stiff candy mass forms.

  4. Shape into small rounds.

  5. Toast 50g sunflower seeds and roll each candy in them; chill before serving.
