Ingredients

Ingredients updated to metric measurements
  • 300 gpeanuts

    toasted

  • 30 ghazelnuts
  • 5 tbspcocoa powder
  • 3 tbspjerusalem artichoke syrup

    or other sugar-free syrup

  • 250 gplain yogurt
  • oat flour

    for coating

Instructions

  1. Toast peanuts in a pan; grind with hazelnuts.

  2. Combine with cocoa, syrup and yogurt into a dough.

  3. Shape small truffles.

  4. Roll each in oat flour.

  5. Chill before serving.
