- 3bananas
- 100 gpeanuts
pan-toasted and chopped
- 100 gpeanut butter
- 200 gdark chocolate
melted
- 1 tbspvegetable oil
Instructions
Slice 3 bananas into chunks.
Pan-toast 100g peanuts and chop coarsely.
Coat each banana chunk in peanut butter, then roll in the chopped peanuts and freeze for .
Melt 200g dark chocolate with 1 tablespoon oil and dip each frozen piece to coat.
Return to the fridge until the chocolate shell is set.
