- 50 ghazelnuts

- 60 gpeanuts
pan-toasted
- 40 gwalnuts
pan-toasted
- 50 graisins
- 100 gdried apricots
- 2 tbspsyrup
maple, date, Jerusalem artichoke or honey
- flaxseed
for coating
Instructions
Toast 50g hazelnuts, 60g peanuts and 40g walnuts in a dry pan until fragrant.
Blend 50g raisins and 100g dried apricots to a sticky paste.
Mix the toasted nuts with the fruit paste and 2 tablespoons syrup.
Shape into round bites.
Roll each bite in flaxseed until fully coated, then chill.
