Ingredients

  • 50 ghazelnuts

    pan-toasted

  • 60 gpeanuts

    pan-toasted

  • 40 gwalnuts

    pan-toasted

  • 50 graisins
  • 100 gdried apricots
  • 2 tbspsyrup

    maple, date, Jerusalem artichoke or honey

  • flaxseed

    for coating

Instructions

  1. Toast 50g hazelnuts, 60g peanuts and 40g walnuts in a dry pan until fragrant.

  2. Blend 50g raisins and 100g dried apricots to a sticky paste.

  3. Mix the toasted nuts with the fruit paste and 2 tablespoons syrup.

  4. Shape into round bites.

  5. Roll each bite in flaxseed until fully coated, then chill.
