No-Bake Buckwheat Chocolate Bark with Dried Fruit

Ingredients

Ingredients updated to metric measurements
  • 50 gbuckwheat

    toasted in a dry pan until puffy

  • 15 gdried cranberries
  • 15 graisins
  • 15 gdried apples

    cut into small pieces

  • 100 gwhite chocolate

    melted

  • 100 gdark chocolate

    melted

Instructions

  1. Toast 50g buckwheat in a dry pan until the grains puff up, popcorn-style.

  2. Chop 15g dried apples into small pieces and measure out 15g cranberries and 15g raisins.

  3. Melt 100g white chocolate and spread it on a lined tray. Scatter half of the buckwheat and dried fruit on top.

  4. Melt 100g dark chocolate, pour over or alongside the white layer, and scatter the remaining buckwheat and dried fruit.

  5. Chill in the fridge until fully set, then break into bark pieces.
