Ingredients

  • 200 gpeanuts

    toasted, peeled

  • 200 gbanana pulp
  • 50 gcocoa powder

    about 3 tbsp

  • 35 gcrispbread

    3-4 pieces

  • 70 gpeanuts

    chopped, for topping

Instructions

  1. Toast the peanuts in advance; grind 200 g in a blender.

  2. Blend banana pulp with ground peanuts and cocoa until smooth.

  3. Place crumbled crispbread on plastic film and top with 70 g chopped peanuts.

  4. Spread the banana-chocolate mixture on top and shape into a slab.

  5. Chill for several hours; remove before serving and slice.
